Moreover, we have a HRD (Human Resource Development) in both of our mills for the past 15 years for rendering systematic and result oriented training to our staff and workers and monitoring their activities regularly. Training is imparted to our workers and staffs by calling qualified training officers from outside whenever required for instrumenting this object more effectively. Apart from this we are regularly conducting “Quality Circle Meeting – 5”s” Japanese system” from top to shop floor level for improving the process related activities of our organization.

We are taking all our utmost endeavor and diligent efforts for improving the quality of yarn to the foremost level by integrating all the relevant functions constantly and consistently.
