Further, we have started achieving 5% Uster Standard level in yarn quality in terms of imperfections and Classimat faults and exporting our yarn to China, Germany, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan & European countries, Bangladesh for the past 15 years directly as well as thro’ merchants from both of our units. This accomplishment is mainly due to devoted teamwork and perseverance in our day to day activities.
This is the first process in which the ginned raw cotton is fed into this machine wherein all impurities, short fibres along with foreign materials, if any, are eliminated. The outcome of this process is obtained in the form of ‘ LAP’
The lap so obtained in the above blow room process is further fed into 'carding wire brush' so as to convert it into the carded sliver. In this processes, the short fibers not removed in the first above process are almost removed. The outcome of this process is called as ‘carded sliver’
The carded sliver so obtained in the above carding process is fed into the draw frames for the purpose of further drafting with a twist.
The drawing sliver obtained in the above process is fed into the roving machines for further drafting and twisting and the outcome of this process is called roving sliver.
Slightly twisted roving is spinned into yarn through ring spinning frames so as to make it as finer yarn and the yarn so obtained is sent for further winding in the form of both cones and hanks. All those above processes are conventional and they are widely, successfully and universally applied throughout the world.
This is a value addition process wherein all the manual operations are eliminated and the cleaning of yarn is done by latest generation cleaners. With the result, the yarn, unlike the yarn wound up in conventional paper cones, is better presented in the market so as to enjoy better marketing and to get better selling price.
We are presently having our customers throughout India to purchase our Cotton Yarn and Viscose Yarn. We have proposed to sell our product, i.e., Cotton Yarn, Viscose yarn to such customers. Also we are exporting our Cotton Yarn and Viscose yarn to Europe, Far East and other Asian countries.
